Shipping US - Important update August 2025

We ship to the US from two different locations: from Michigan, US and from Denmark.

Shipping from Denmark to the US
The De Minimis exception allowed duty free shipping to consumers in USA for orders below 800 USD. As of July 30 2025, with effective date August 29 2025, the President of the USA in an Executive Order suspended the De Minimis exception. As of August 29 2025 all orders will be subject to import duties according to IEEPA rates. You, as a customer, will be eligible to pay any duties imposed during the import. The tariffs will be charged to you by the shipping companies.

Should you decide not to pay the tariffs, your package will be returned to us. We will handle this as an order cancellation. Any charges associated with the return of these packages will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping from Michigan to the US
Some products ship from our US location in Michigan. US orders shipped from our US location will NOT be impacted by the new US customs regulations imposing duties on imported goods. 

General conditions

Bowgearshop ships orders as soon as possible and aim to ship orders maximum 3 days after order confirmation. The time of delivery depends on your location, normally 3-10 days.

Shipments can be tracked via the tracking email or on other international shipping sites.

Cost of shipping, and any induced import duties, is liable to the customer.
