We ship from Denmark to EU destinations offered at checkout. Local EU VAT is included where applicable to the order. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties for movement between EU Member States.

Available delivery services, the specific delivery price and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Depending on destination and parcel type, Bowgearshop uses national postal services and carriers such as GLS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Some services require a signature.

Bowgearshop normally dispatches stocked orders within 3 working days after order confirmation. Typical transit is 3-10 days; PostNord Tracked for eligible parcels may take approximately 4-14 days. Unless a different delivery time has been agreed, consumer orders are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

For consumer sales, Bowgearshop bears the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by Bowgearshop.

The delivery charge shown at checkout is added to the order total. Tracking is supplied when available.

Local pickup is possible by prior arrangement at Bowgearshop, Thecom ApS, Ordrupvej 57, st. 3, DK-2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.
