1. Contract, prices and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding sales contract is formed when Bowgearshop accepts the order and sends an order confirmation. The product price, applicable VAT/taxes, delivery charge and any other charge payable to Bowgearshop are shown before you place the order. The total amount charged will not exceed the amount you approve at checkout. Payment is captured in accordance with the payment method shown at checkout and, for card payments, normally when the order is shipped.
2. Delivery
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Bowgearshop normally dispatches stocked orders within 3 working days. Unless another delivery time has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. For consumer sales, Bowgearshop bears the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where you independently commission a carrier that Bowgearshop did not offer.
Not collecting a parcel or refusing delivery is not by itself a clear notice that you are exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, please notify us separately. Where an uncollected or refused parcel is returned to us, direct documented return costs may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
For distance sales of goods, consumers normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. To exercise the right in time, send Bowgearshop an unequivocal statement before the deadline, for example by email to info@bowgearshop.com. You may use the model withdrawal form, but use of that form is optional.
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice. Return address: Thecom ApS / Bowgearshop, Ordrupvej 57, st. 3, DK-2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.
4. Refund after statutory withdrawal
We will refund all payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
You pay the direct cost of returning goods when you withdraw, provided that you were informed of that cost before purchase. This does not apply where Bowgearshop is responsible for the return cost under mandatory law, for example for a valid defect claim. You may inspect and try the goods as you could in a physical shop. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5. Defects and legal conformity rights
Danish consumer purchases are covered by the mandatory rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the 2-year complaint period for defects covered by the Act. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies can include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination/refund. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a defect at info@bowgearshop.com. Statutory rights are not limited by any manufacturer or commercial warranty.
6. Complaints and out-of-court resolution
Please contact Bowgearshop first so we can try to resolve the issue. Eligible Danish consumer complaints can be submitted through Nævnenes Hus' complaint portal for Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and, where applicable, Forbrugerklagenævnet: kpo.naevneneshus.dk.

7. Cross-border consumer protection
These terms use the Danish consumer-protection baseline for Bowgearshop operations. If Bowgearshop directs sales to a consumer in another country, a choice or reference to Danish law does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded under the law that would otherwise apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence. Any such mandatory local protection applies in addition to these terms.
