The Hydrostatic Head (HH) is a waterproof measurement used to gauge the effectiveness of a Shelter's material coating. The most common type of coating is a thin film of polyurethane finish, also known as polyurethane laminate (PUL). This PU coating is responsible for providing Snugpak® Shelters with their waterproof and windproof capabilities.
